Long Time Gone

I just got back from working at the Kentucky State Fair yesterday, and just let me say I'm pooped! I was there from 9-27 August (with only 3 days off). The first week I worked at the Quarter Horse Show, which happens before the actual fair begins, and the remainder was the World's Championship Horse Show. For those not familiar, this is the championship show for Saddlebreds. I had a good time- I work with great people up there, and I got in some knitting in-between waiting on people! I finished a pair of fingerless mitts, a headband with buttons, and one sock. Pictures are soon to follow...
